Miriam a brand new Mommy and is 17-years old. She is in the 11th grade and doing well in school. Miriam was already the motherly type having a younger sister she is very close to and is thrilled to have a baby girl. Miriam is a loner and realizes her mood swings can be overwhelming. Miriam always calls herself a work in progress. She struggles with her placement in a group home away from her sister. Miriam expresses often how much she misses her sister because she and her sister always protected each other.

Miriam is a currently a junior in high school and has a strong B average. Miriam is looking forward to graduating next year and seeing where life takes her. Ever since becoming a new mom late last year she has been working to be her best self. She currently resides in a group home with other teen moms/moms to be. She is a great mom and serves as a mentor to moms to be. She is an exceptional mom and we would like her to feel special on Mother’s Day
