Victor has been involved on and off with the Division since he was a young child. Currently, Victor resides with his mother and three younger siblings. Victor has completed an alternative HS program and obtained his HS diploma last year. Victor has a desire in becoming financially independent as his mother is unemployed and has limited income as well as eventually living on his own. Victor has expressed wanting to work full-time to not only financially support himself, but to assist with the household expenses as well. Victor enjoys spending time with his friends and watching videos on YouTube.

Victor would like an electric bike to get to and from work and to be able to work as a door dasher and deliver within the Hackensack, S. Hackensack and Lodi area. This wish will allow Victor to feel a sense of empowerment and independence. Victor's parents are in agreement with Victor receiving an electronic bike and sustaining his employment.
