Victor has been involved on and off with the Division since he was a young child. Currently, Victor resides with his mother and three younger siblings. Victor has completed an alternative HS program and obtained his HS diploma last year. Victor has a desire in becoming financially independent as his mother is unemployed and has limited income as well as eventually living on his own. Victor has expressed wanting to work full-time to not only financially support himself, but to assist with the household expenses as well. Victor enjoys spending time with his friends and watching videos on YouTube.
