Lydia's Place, IncJosue is in an independent living program. He knew he wasn't ready to be on his own when he aged out. Josue grew up in foster care, experiencing foster homes and group homes along the way. He has worked hard to improve his skills including finances, education, and future-planning. He attends a technical school with plans to transfer to a 4-year university.
Josue recently obtained his learner's permit and is excited to learn to drive. He does not have anyone to teach him, nor does he have a car to learn on. Driving lessons will greatly assist him in achieving his goal of independence.
