Josue is in an independent living program. He knew he wasn't ready to be on his own when he aged out. Josue grew up in foster care, experiencing foster homes and group homes along the way. He has worked hard to improve his skills including finances, education, and future-planning. He attends a technical school with plans to transfer to a 4-year university.
