Think of UsKaletra is a caring young woman who is getting her ducks in a row before she has to age out of foster care. What interests her is the purpose that she feels she has in life. She loves music but enjoys helping the homeless. She wants to start a vending machine business and also establish a youth foundation. Kaletra will soon be going back to school to work on her GED so she can pursue her goals for her future. She is excited about what lies ahead!
Kaletra has been working hard to gain more of her independence since aging out of foster care by learning how to drive. She started taking driving lessons but now needs support in order to continue. She has only been able to work temporary jobs due to her lack of transportation, and has to pay for public transportation as well as costs for her new rental home. Having this bit of help to fund more of her lessons would get her across that finish line to get her own license, and in turn, more flexibility with finding work and getting around town with ease.
