He has lived on his own since the age of 18, and needs assistance at this time for the funds for an electric bill deposit when he moves into his new apartment. As most young people, Sam does not have a long credit history, and in order to get his electric turned on, he must pay the company a deposit first. The wish will allow Sam to move to an apartment that will be closer to school and more within his budget, in turn putting him on more stable financial footing.
