His parents are both under 15 years old, and they are figuring out how to overcome the many challenges that come along with raising a baby as teens, all while living in different foster homes. They love Matthew so much, and he is happy and healthy as can be!
Matthew is a healthy baby boy who loves to play outside with his teen parents. His parents are both foster youth and have very limited resources, they are doing the best to provide for their son. Matthew is growing quickly and is in need of a new pair of shoes. This will help Matthew keep his feet safe when he plays outside!
