Daisy is a transfer student who has worked incredibly hard to be able to attend a four year university. Many community college students do not make it to a four year university. Daisy is a very focused student, she is in the office almost everyday studying. She is shy, she rarely asks for anything. But once you get to know her she opens up and is one of the nicest students you will meet. Daisy is special because they want to help other foster youth and young people after they graduate. She is thinking about being a social worker but that is not set in stone.

Daisy is an outstanding student who is a former foster youth seeking to continue her educational journey this fall quarter. Being able to reflect on achievements and being able to take the time to reward oneself is critical for future motivation and drive.
