NeccoEvie came into care when she was 2 months old. She was under nourished and had really tight muscles due to being born addicted to drugs. Evie went through physical therapy to help her with her tight muscles and making sure she didn't end up with her head being flat. Evie was able to graduate physical therapy pretty quickly and has thrived since then.
Evie has been growing so much it's been hard to keep up with her! Evie would like a special trip to Target so she and her foster mother can pick out some adorable new clothes that will keep her cozy and cute!
