NeccoBriley is a young girl who is in a foster home with her two siblings. She was diagnosed with a speech delay and has been doing very well in her speech therapy. Briley has been learning the ropes of her anxiety and how to best cope with it.
Briley has been wanting to go take herself shopping and wants to say she did it all on her own! So for her birthday this year, she would like a gift card to Target to go on her first ever shopping spree.
