Though foster care has been difficult for Andrea, she has remained hopeful of finding a pre-adoptive home and very focused on improving herself. She is a very active and energetic young lady with a wonderful sense of humor. She is always kind and well-mannered.
Andrea has been asking for a bike for the longest time. She loves being outside. Her foster siblings recently received new bikes and she would like one to join them in their local bike rides.
