Rory is a sweet little girl who has had significant loss in her life. Rory's adoptive parent passed away and after multiple years with a foster parent, that parent unexpectedly passed away. Rory’s long time PCA, stepped up at that point to be Rory’s foster and adoptive parent because she knew how difficult that loss and transition was for Rory. The PCA felt that she was going to be best suited to parent Rory moving forward due to her longstanding relationship and knowledge about how to care for Rory.

Due to Rory’s special needs, once she identifies something that she really likes playing with or enjoys doing, she wants to do it repetitively and frequently. Learning games and videos are her favorites. When Rory’s old tablet broke, she had a really hard time adjusting to that change. Having a new tablet will allow Rory to go back to her favorite games, and videos as well as take pictures!
