Latrelle is a cool little dude who has been subjected to significant trauma both as a witness and a victim. He also has very limited speech. However, in spite of everything Latrelle is one of the happiest little boys I have ever met. His smile lights up a room.

His foster mom asked Latrelle if he could have one wish, what would it be. He said a "Black Spider-Man bike and lots of T-Rex toys". Making Latrelle's wish come true will mean he can spend the entire summer riding around on his awesome new Black Spider Man Bike!
