Willie lives in a supportive housing program and has just been moved further from campus. He rides his bicycle to the train which takes 30 minutes. However, on rainy days the ride is very difficult. Taking an Uber to the train on inclement weather days would ensure Willie gets to his 8:00 am class safely and on-time.
