Adam likes Art and Theater. He was the president of the Drama Club at his High School. School and now College are very important to him. He also likes drawing in sketch in his spare time. According to his foster mother, Julie, Adam is a very sweet, responsible and thoughtful young man who is always eager to help other people.

From Adam: "In attending Washington and Lee and already participating student research, I have high hopes for my education. I am prepared to put in countless hours of studying in preparing myself for a career in academia. With plans of earning a graduate degree as well, it seems I will be in school for a number of years. With all of this education in my future, I need a strong, reliable laptop to last me through late night study sessions, group projects, and large computations. A laptop would make my college experience so much more convenient and rewarding by providing me immediate access to all the tools I need to succeed. With a potential Computer Science major, I need a computer that can keep up with my upcoming research position.
