Rae is a special young lady that has been in and out of foster care and between placements for many years. She is separated from her younger brother and sister. Rae was took care of her siblings a lot when she was still at home. Visitation is rough on her as it is the only time, outside of camp that she sees them. They have come to camp each year since 2014 and they love in very much. In spite of the challenges she presents for her caregivers she does very well in the camp setting. She enjoys swimming, horseback riding and meeting new friends.

Rae doesn't get to see her brother and sister very often. She has been to camp though and spending the whole week together is something she looks forward to. The tangible items she takes home she hold on to dearly. She especially likes the pillows her sister and brother gave to her at previous camps. Each pillow has a personalized message from her siblings. #1 of 2
