ChildhelpCarlos is a respectful young man. He likes to be very active whenever he can. He did very well in school this year and is very proud of himself. His favorite colors are blue, black, and green. Carlos wants to be a teacher when he grows up. He has two siblings.
Carlos' foster family encourages him to visit friends and socialize, but he has to walk while all of his friends are riding bikes. A bike would allow him to meet with friends and ride bikes to the basketball courts.
