The Homes for ChildrenIkira is a smart 10 y/o girl that has been in foster care for the past 5 years. She lives in a home where there is 3 other girls and her foster mom. Ikira loves to dance and sing and would like to be a cheerleader. Ikira understands that Cheer camp and dance school is expensive but she still hopes that she can go to one someday.
Ikira is a sweet girl who often battles with self-confidence. She doesn’t have a many friends and has trouble making new ones. She wants to build her self esteem and join a mentoring group to be a part of a group of girls to learn some values that will help her with everyday life.
