Grace is a sweet 2 year old daughter with a teen Mom. She is eager to learn and loves to play with her Mom and other children in the group home.

Grace recently completed her GED. She is optimistic and excited about her next journey in life. Grace enjoys spending time with her daughter. She working towards building a future for her and her daughter. She hopes to give her baby a good life and future. She is a special young woman and we would like her to feel special on Mother’s Day!
