Summer is a 17-year-old who has a one year old daughter. Summer is very outspoken and struggles with the issues that caused her to be placed in care. She does well in school. Summer is a wonderful mother . Summer is very helpful in the cottage and loves their home being clean. Summer always talks about getting married and raising her child in a loving home. Summer wants to finish college and become a nurse.

Summer is making a home for herself and her two little girls. She has an independent living placement and just started a new job. She is able to pay her bills but there is not much left over for fun.
