Shannon is 20 years old that is currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment. She is trying to adjust to being independent and living a young adult. She is requesting new bedding or household essentials so she can make the home she shares with her little girl a cozy and warm home. Shannon is learning to be independent and wants to graduate college someday.

Shannon has been accepted into Year-Up, a program that will provide training and career development support. A laptop will help her meet assignment requirements, search for jobs and work on her resume building skills. Shannon is in extended care and this is her last step to transitioning from care.
