Multi-Agency Alliance for Children, Teen Parent ConnectionShadiyah is a 18 year old with a 2 year old daughter. She is doing well in school except for Spanish. She is a good mother and keeps her daughter very clean and her hair is always combed. Shadiya's room is usually the cleanest in the cottage. She has learned patience and is working at understanding the developmental needs of her toddler. She is now teaching her daughter to put her things up and is doing a good job by praising her.
Shadiyah is a busy teen Mom who goes to high school and parents a toddler girl. She and her little girl were recently placed in a new foster home and are adjusting to the new placement. Celebrating Mother's Day will be a family affair and she is looking forward to doing more with her new family. Having been in a group home for some time, she is grateful for the family that has accepted her and her baby girl.
