Brittany is getting ready to transition from care and has recently moved into her own apartment. She is still trying to handle being independent and be a mother. She adores her little girl and is working hard to be a career woman. She is a great mom and has grown a lot since se has been in care. She takes pride in knowing that she has learned to be a good mom. She has even finished school and got a job.
Brittany has learned so much about positive parenting since being a first time teen Mom. Her little girl is thriving and happy. Mother's Day is often overlooked for teen Moms in care and we always want to celebrate our young Moms
