Josh and his twin have always been inseparable but were recently separated due to a change in placements. Josh is currently unable to communicate with his twin as he doesn't have a phone. He's really hoping to get a phone that allows him to video chat, call, and text his twin whom he misses. He finds it hard to cope with the separation. Having a phone would mean that they can stay connected and share their daily experiences with each other.
