Justin is an ongoing, energetic young man who is currently living in his placement with other foster children. Initially it was hard for him to adjust to being away from home, but he has proven to be very resilient and has been excelling in his new home. He loves science and doing any kind of science experiment. He loves to talk and enjoys hanging out with the other children in his home.

Justin absolutely adores amusement park rides, but nothing beats his love for the tilt-a-whirl! Recently, he had a blast at Hershey Park, and now he can't stop talking about it. In fact, he enjoyed it so much that he wishes to return and ride the tilt-a-whirl as many times as he wants without any limitations. It would be awesome if he and his caregiver could get a season pass to Hersheypark, so they can enjoy the park whenever possible. This wish was broken into two parts, this is wish 2 of 2.
