Belinda doesn't get to see her biological family, so these items she holds dear to her heart are the only items she has besides her memories and the occasional long-distance phone calls. She has chose this particular item because it has a full-length mirror, so she can see her whole outfit, as well as use the lighted mirror on the inside to apply her makeup. She can also store some of her handbags or baskets on the backside, to keep items off the floor and make her room less cluttered.
