Division of Child Protection and PermanencyWinter is a 16-month-old child who loves to babble, draw, and be busy. Winter is constantly on the move and loves attention. Winter loves to run around and loves to know what is going on around her.
Winter has been having visits with her father at his program. The visits have been going very well, and he is now permitted to have one visit a month off-site. This wish is for a gift card to Chuck E Cheese for Winter to have a fun visit with her father that will continue to create great memories for them!
