Jazmine came back into foster care from a displaced adoption. She loves arts and crafts, animals, and her favorite color is teal. She has been fortunate to be reunited and placed with her biological brother.

Jazmine is a huge fan of rock candy sticks and she's got her fingers crossed that someone will gift her some this Valentine's Day. She feels super special whenever she gets this type of candy because it's not something that she gets to enjoy often. It would mean the world to her and show her some extra love and TLC if she receives them this Valentine's Day.
