Giulio has been going through some tough times lately. Unfortunately, he recently lost his job and his wallet was stolen, which had his important documents in it. On top of that, his phone is not working properly which is making it difficult for him to get things done. Giulio hasn't had this phone for too many months but, for some reason, it's giving him trouble, and he can't make the important calls that he needs to. He's really hoping for a basic working phone to help him get back on track, especially since he's awaiting an important call regarding his disability. If there's anything we can do to help him out, it would mean a lot to him!
