Mariah is a caring, independent young lady with a gift for cosmetology and helping others feel beautiful! While Mariah did not have much family support as she aged in foster care, she remained connected to her younger sister, who is her inspiration to be a better version of herself every day. Mariah aged out of the foster care system after the system was unable to locate a long-term placement option for her. Since then, she has worked hard to keep a roof above her head and to pay her bills without much guidance or support from adult role models. In the midst of aging out of foster care, she learned that she was pregnant. Now, Mariah has two inspirations to be her best self: her younger sister and her child. Her goal is to be the best mother and sister.

Mariah just recently transitioned out of foster care. While Mariah loves to use her creativity to help others plan and host important life events, she unexpectedly had to cancel her baby shower after reassessing her finances and determining that she could not afford it as she prepared for her baby's arrival. Due to this, she will not be able to get the items she dreamed of for her baby, which has been hard. This wish will allow her to purchase some baby clothes for her little one.
