Carroll County Foster Parent AssociationSkylar is the oldest of five sisters who recently entered foster care. As the oldest, Skylar has been the caretaker of her four younger sisters and is mature far beyond her years. Skylar's foster family hopes that with time, Skylar will begin to heal and have a chance to experience childhood and receive nurture and love from healthy adults. Skylar loves all things pink and sparkly, watching Youtube and Hannah Montana, and doing arts and crafts.
Skylar doesn't currently have a water bottle or cup to drink liquids from during her time at school. She has lots of friends that have this trendy tumbler, and she thinks they are so cute! She is hoping for a blue one so she can be like her friends and have plenty to drink.
