Adriel Foster Care and AdoptionRaelynn is a sweet baby. She was born with several special needs, was exposed to drugs in utero and has had a rough start to life. In spite of all she has been through, Raelynn is such a fighter and loves to snuggle!
RaeLynn is a sweet, tiny infant who was born underweight due to being exposed to drugs in utero. She needs a car seat to be able to fit comfortably and safe in while riding in the car. With this particular car seat RaeLynn would be able to grow with her up to 35 pounds!
