My name is Crystal, and I am a very proud Mother of 2. I've been in and out of the foster system since I was a child, and I am proud of what I have achieved. I have prioritized my family and I am very proud of what I have accomplished. However, I have neglected my oral health as I focused on my family's needs. My wish would be to get my braces paid for and be a lot more confident and healthy with a brand-new smile!
Crystal is 24 years old and lives in CA
Crystal is a former foster youth who aged out of foster care after turning 18. Crystal has lived experience as a survivor of sexual and physical abuse when living with her biological mother. Crystal had to file a report and was taken from her mother to live with her grandmother since her father was incarcerated. Crystal struggled without having much support or consistency during her childhood and this led to acting out and having to move from foster home to foster home or into group homes. But Crystal is doing her best now with her own family. She is a mother of two sweet children, and she is doing her best to give them a home she never had. Crystal loves to play with them and cherishes her time with them at their home with their father. Crystal is looking forward to her future and the family she is learning to grow on her own.
