Christina is a young woman who is both kind and hardworking. She shares an apartment with her girlfriend. Besides her girlfriend and younger brother, she doesn't have much support. Christina also faces challenges with her mental health, which stems from negative experiences in the past. Despite these struggles, she is attending college with the ambition of becoming a nurse. She has a passion for helping others and wishes to continue her career in the medical field. However, at times, she finds it difficult due to a lack of social support and resources.

Christina has been experiencing difficulty managing her stress and coping with her mental health symptoms. She is working hard to identify healthy outlets and would love to pick out a mindfulness journal and art supplies. She will be so happy to have this tool in her toolbox.
