Missouri Department of Social ServicesValerie is a very happy little girl and loves to be around people. When her foster dad comes in, her head turns all around to find him. Valerie loves to be talked to and loves to jump. She is trying to walk when you hold her fingers. Valerie loves to go on car rides if someone sits by her and talks to her.
Valerie just started to crawl and is ready to RUN. She is almost to the point where she is pulling up on the couch but falls when she realizes she is on her feet. If Valerie would had a walker to assist her, she would likely be walking before she turns 1!
