Lydia's Place, IncGryffin is a special young man who has worked really hard to maintain his job at a restaurant while finishing his Emerging Technologies certificate this spring. He came to our agency from very difficult circumstances and has worked to overcome the challenges that have presented. Gryffin loves 3D printing, working in technology, and playing video games.
Gryffin has been in our independent living program for 3 years and is preparing to launch to independence this fall. He has obtained his learner's permit and is excited to learn to drive. There is a car that has been donated to our agency and we plan to give this to Gryffin, but he needs to learn to drive first! Having a car will open many more doors for him to support himself and be able to live independently and successfully.
