Howard's Heart supports teens and youth in the Portland, Oregon area ages 13-21. Howard’s Heart works from a vision of focusing entirely on what our teens identify as their wants and needs, making the driving force behind where and how we spend our funding entirely based on the opinions, ideas, and requests we get from them. Through Howard's Heart, our teens have traveled with school programs, played on multiple sports teams, been able to join band or orchestra, been supported as teen parents, Howard's Heart supports teens and youth in the Portland, Oregon area ages 13-21.
