Delylah is a wonderful young lady who, unfortunately, spent most of her young life in foster care. Finally, now that she is out of care and alone, she looks forward to starting a new life alongside her adorable young daughter. Delylah's goals include getting her High School Equivalency, and afterward, she will use that diploma to go on to college. She is a determined individual who strives to advocate for herself and others in her circle. She also loves to rescue cats and helps them find loving homes.
