Raul is an amazing young man who is currently living in a foster home without his two siblings. Though foster care has been tough on Raul he has remained hopeful and very focused on school. His favorite subject is math and one day he hopes to become an NBA player or a teacher in case that doesn't work out. He is always kind and well-mannered.
